Wine Fundamentals Class with Liz

Join us for our inaugural wine class featuring Elizabeth Terracina, Certified Sommolier and beverage manager for Mano a Mano and Andros Taverna. Elizabeth brings a passion for wine and hospitality, with the aim of making wine approachable, enjoyable, and most importantly: fun!
As a group, we will taste through iconic wine styles and regions from Spain, Greece, and Italy in order to showcase shared throughlines and relevant points of difference with the goal of walking away after an hour with the ability to speak about all wines intelligibly, whether they be from Santorini, Rioja, or even Napa Valley.
In addition to classic representations of many different wines, expect to encounter a few surprises from our cellars. We look forward to raising a glass with you!

Ease into your morning with a sound experience in the Andros Taverna greenhouse. As you settle in, enjoy a complimentary non-alcoholic welcome beverage. From there, practitioner Wes Bayer leads an immersive sound journey using singing bowls, wooden flute, rain stick, ocean drum, gong, swing chime, and more, guiding you into a state of calm, clarity, and deep exhale. After the final note fades, we'll move into the dining room for a complimentary brunch dish, because the best mornings unfold slowly.
Your ticket includes: Guided sound bath, welcome beverage, and choice of brunch dish (Ikaria, Strapatsada, or Egg in a Hole). Optional Hi-Snaps THC/CBD drink booster available for +$6.
Please arrive by 8:45 AM. Bring a yoga mat, eye mask, and any items for personal comfort such as a pillow and blanket.
